PREPRESS

Prepress is “above all”. Before taking the still virtual creations to the concrete object. Prepress means receiving, checking, validating, preparing and imposing the files essential for high-quality digital, screen, UV offset or traditional printing. Guaranteeing correct dot and screen definition, prepress, via its CTP (Computer to Plate), converts the file into as many plates as the colors required for traditional printing. – PDFX-Ready certified chain, compliant with UGRA and FOGRA standards – File transfers via FTP with private deposit space – Good-to-go laser proofing, ISO 12647-7-compliant color proofing and imposed plotters – Two CTPs (computer to plate) transform files into aluminum plates for offset presses.

RESEARCH LABORATORY

RESEARCH LABORATORY

The research laboratory is where the prototype, number 0, is produced.
Documents are first produced on a blank mock-up, to determine the level of
the level of technicality required, and to visualize how a document would look on paper.
The research laboratory determines the optimum conditions
for printing and finishing, advising, suggesting and working
to optimize your document, combining practicality and beauty.

transparents, fluorescents, pailletés, teintés…

OFFSET UV

Considered as offset, UV offset is a process that enables printing on a wide range of substrates: paper, cardboard, plastic, pvc, canvas, specific substrates… The difference with traditional offset is not huge (special UV inks, intermediate dryers), yet the fact that the ink is polymerized and dried immediately means that documents can be produced without comparison with other known techniques, opening up numerous possibilities for innovation. UV offset technology offers unlimited choice of substrates with very high quality and color matching, as well as unlimited capacity for innovation and differentiation.

– 6-color UV press + varnish (72×102 cm)
– Printing with inks polymerized by Ultra Violet dryers
– Printing on lenticular, pvc, polypro, textiles, creative papers and laminated surfaces

OFFSET UV

OFFSET TRADITIONNEL

TRADITIONAL OFFSET

Traditional offset is a flatbed printing process, with printing and non-printing elements on the same plane. Traditional offset refers to the antagonism between water and ink to transfer the inked parts onto the paper: the ink is positioned on the parts of the plate that have not been previously wetted. This process repels the ink, resulting in a precise, reversible printing form.

Traditional printing with
8 colors (72×102 cm),
6-color + varnish (72×102 cm),
5-color + varnish (75×105 cm),
a 4-color + varnish (75×105 cm),
and a 2-color (32×45 cm).
